A qualified vet for 20+ years, Alan Robinson started and grew a successful mixed animal practice in rural Wiltshire for 15 years before diversifying into business management. Qualifying from the RVC in 2014, Gemma has undertaken many roles in the small animal veterinary world including clinical coach, new graduate mentor and clinical director. Gemma joined Vet Dynamics in 2021 after realising her purpose was in developing teams and practices, encouraging and supporting them to thrive.
Gemma has a wide variety of interests and wants to instil the mindset that if you do right by your people, you will do right by your practice and most importantly, right by the patients.
Gemma is also a Director for the Veterinary Management Group (VMG), a not-for-profit striving to improve all aspects management and leadership across the veterinary sector.
