Qualifying from the RVC in 2014, Gemma has undertaken many roles in the small animal veterinary world including clinical coach, new graduate mentor and clinical director. Gemma joined Vet Dynamics in 2021 after realising her purpose was in developing teams and practices, encouraging and supporting them to thrive.
Gemma has a wide variety of interests and wants to instil the mindset that if you do right by your people, you will do right by your practice and most importantly, right by the patients.
Gemma is also a Director for the Veterinary Management Group (VMG), a not-for-profit striving to improve all aspects management and leadership across the veterinary sector.

DR REBECCA
ROBINSON
PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, VET, VMG JUNIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Rebecca graduated from Cambridge in 1999 and began her veterinary career in a mixed animal practice on the farms of the beautiful Peak District, emulating one of her heroes, James Herriott. Following the Foot and Mouth outbreak of 2001, she focused on small animals, developing her interests in veterinary medicine and dentistry.
After studying veterinary practice management and leadership in 2016, she became Practice Director, improving business efficiency and culture. She co-founded Vet Academy with Vet Dynamics, teaching essential skills to veterinary professionals across the UK.
Wanting to positively influence her profession further, she joined the Board of Directors of the VMG (Veterinary Management Group) in 2023, where she holds the role of Junior Vice President.
Recently, she transitioned to a full time Business Consultant role with Vet Dynamics, focusing on creating positive workplaces for independent practice owners.
Rebecca has contributed to industry publications and spoken at various veterinary events and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, and playing saxophone in two bands.
