Through this course, your team member learns to combat the key causes of stress and fatigue in practice and develop their skills in areas such as professional resilience, communication, and commercial awareness.

Please note that you will also need to nominate an in-practice mentor, to support your delegate throughout the duration of the course. Whether this is yourself, or another person in the team, your nominated mentor will play a vital part in the Professional Development Academy, supporting and encouraging your delegate to stay on track, complete the modules and reflect on their learning. They will also need to be available to speak with our Business Development Coach at various points during the course.

COURSE FORMAT AND DURATION

The Professional Development Academy involves a combination of group tutored CPD, on-line learning, set assignments, personal one to ones and feedback reviews.

Each month, for 6 months, delegates will meet with our course tutor for 1 day and cover 1 module. Lunch and refreshments are all included in the price.

To maximise the benefit and promote shared learning experiences, practice owners can stay involved and receive updates and feedback on their delegates progress throughout the course.

All prices are fully inclusive of all course materials, tutorship, mentoring, written, on-demand and digital content,
online and in-person classes. As well as all meals and refreshments provided at the venue.

PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL MODULES:

Full payment of £375.00 + VAT will be taken at the time of purchase for each module booked.

PAYMENT PLAN FOR FULL COURSE:

£2,250 + VAT including £500.00 + VAT deposit, payable upon sign-up.

Depending on the number of months between booking and the course start date, we will collect equal monthly
instalments by Direct Debit (DD) for your convenience. 0% interest.

All amounts in the following examples are excluding VAT. Payment schedules confirming all collection details are issued during the purchase process.

Example 1.
For purchases made 4 months prior to the course commencement:
On day of purchase: Deposit £500.00
Month 1: £437.50
Month 2: £437.50
Month 3: £437.50
Month 4: £437.50

Total Paid: £2,250

Example 2.
For purchases made less than 4 months prior to course commencement:
On day of purchase: Deposit £500.00
Month of purchase: £583.33
Month 2: £583.33
Month 3: £583.33

Total paid: £2,250

Example 3.
For purchases made within the same month of the course commencement full settlement is due. The deposit is collected at the point of sign-up and the remaining balance collected within one week by a single Direct Debit.

CANCELLATIONS

For notice of more than 3 months 100% will be refunded.
For 3 months notice 90% will be refunded.
For 2 months notice 75% will be refunded.
For 1 months notice 50% will be refunded.
