(d) Notification Data will be retained for 4 years following the end date specified in any relevant contract and/or accompanying order acknowledgement, appointment form or other document, entered into between us and you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.

(e) Correspondence Data will be retained for 4 years following the end date specified in any relevant contract and/or accompanying order acknowledgement, appointment form or other document, entered into between us and you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.

 

5.4 In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria:

 

(a) the period of retention of Usage Data will be determined based on the activity and interactions with the company and all affiliated media. Usage Data is likely to be retained for a period of 2 years

(b) the period of retention of Account Data will be determined based on the contract length and conditions. Account Data is likely to be retained for a period of 3 years after the end of such contract.

(c) the period of retention of Profile Data will be determined based on the activity and interactions with the company and all affiliated media. Profile Data is likely to be retained for 2 years.

 

5.5 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
