The Gold Programme allows us to access our current and historical data in an easy to interpret format. Regular financial reviews with our coach mean I have someone to help me identify trends and highlight key action points. This allows me to make better decisions and keep my team updated on our performance.

The real value of the Vet Dynamics Index is that it enables us to look ‘under the hood’ of our practice – delving into the numbers and analysing different areas of our business. The traffic light system allows us to see how our practice is performing at a glance, whilst the graphs show us trends and areas which may need attention. This is done in conjunction with our regular coach calls and reviews, during which those outcomes and actions are fed into our rolling 90 day plans. It has certainly improved our income streams and profitability, as well as our net profit which is up 9%. We look forward to continuing our journey with Vet Dynamics.

When we started gold membership; truth be told Fiona was a reluctant starter. I think she now would agree she has benefited massively. I was mainly driven to join by the way I could review our practice data, but Gold membership has come with so much more! Our 2 years have been packed with workshops, looking at our team, the way we manage our workflow and even ourselves (which to be honest has put us well out of our comfort zone at times-but been so worth it!), and wow we have learnt such a lot. But probably the best thing about our membership has been our monthly coaching meetings allowing us to set targets and achieve them, and review progress at subsequent meetings- which has undoubtedly benefited the whole team. We also can't underestimate the community help we have felt talking to other Vet Dynamics members which has helped us through the first year of the Pandemic and kept us sane. Did I also mention it's probably the most fun you can have managing your practice-Can't recommend it enough.
