We are thrilled to share some exciting news from the heart of the Vet Dynamics family.
Our very own Dr. Rebecca Robinson, Veterinary Business Development Consultant and long-time guiding force within our team, has been appointed President of the Veterinary Management Group (VMG). It’s a role that couldn’t be more perfectly suited—or more richly deserved.
Rebecca’s journey to this point has been anything but ordinary. A Cambridge graduate and former mixed-practice vet, she spent more than two decades on the clinical front lines before stepping into the world of leadership and consultancy. Her passion for transforming veterinary workplaces was ignited by personal experience—both the positive and the painfully challenging—which ultimately inspired her to explore practice management and professional coaching.
That commitment led her to Vet Dynamics over fifteen years ago, where she graduated the Platinum Academy and has been a cornerstone of our work ever since. Rebecca co-created our hugely popular Vet Graduate and Professional Development Academies—programmes she lovingly describes as “all the things I wish I knew before I was a leader.” They’ve since empowered hundreds of veterinary professionals with the tools, confidence, and mindset to lead with authenticity. Rebecca’s work is about empowerment—lifting individuals, strengthening teams, and ultimately enhancing lives throughout the veterinary profession.
But Rebecca’s influence extends far beyond our own community. Her deep belief in “Leadership for All”—the very theme of this year’s VMG—was what first drew her to the VMG board several years ago. She understands that true leadership isn’t reserved for those with titles; it lives in every team member who chooses to make a difference, support their peers, and nurture a positive practice culture.
Now, as VMG President, Rebecca continues to champion that vision. Her people-centric values, compassionate leadership, and extraordinary ability to bring out the best in others are not just admirable—they’re transformative.
Whether she’s leading a passionate national organisation or guiding a practice team through growth and change, one thing remains constant: Rebecca Robinson leads with heart, and the profession is better for it.
We couldn’t be more proud. Congratulations, Rebecca.
